Our implementation methodology consists of a process made up of four main steps during each of the three cycles necessary to reach the operation of the target system.
We have four steps to create successful application – definition, designing, development, and testing must be completed before moving on to the next cycle. Likewise, each cycle builds off of the previous one in order to generate the best solution possible.
In the first cycle, our team focuses on developing and deploying a blueprint for a custom solution. The team assesses the clients’ current processes and maps a course to improve those processes while minimizing operational impact and utilizing strategic best-practices. As determined by the team, significant data processing, classification and installation is completed. Before moving on to the next cycle, the solution is tested, key staff is trained and the solution is rolled-out.
During the second cycle, the focus shifts to establishing preferred components and materials and process integration. Integration and parts list management are also completed in this stage. Strategic sourcing, obsolescence management, proactive notification, and strategic product development become the focus of the project implementation.
The final cycle of the implementation is the extension of our knowledge to client's users.
After the solution implementation is complete, our professionals trained in data, application and systems support continuous to provide support to end users.
